Jerry D. Lundy is a sole practitioner who has been practicing law in Tulsa and Broken Arrow since 1995. Jerry grew up in Broken Arrow, graduating from Broken Arrow High School in 1987. He attended York College in York, Nebraska, earning Associates degree in Arts and in Sciences (with Honors). He received his Bachelor of Arts degree (Cum Laude) from Missouri Southern State College (now University) and was awarded the Political Science Major/Graduate of the Year. He then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa School of Law.
Working with Mr. C.W. Hack, Jerry initially offered a wide range of legal representation in a general practice. He moved to a Tulsa real estate firm, traveling the state and practicing in 72 of Oklahoma’s 77 counties. Since 2001, Jerry has maintained his general practice known as the Lundy Law Firm. He has maintained offices in Broken Arrow and Tulsa and has represented thousands of clients.
Jerry’s family is his focus outside of the office. He is married with two children who are his pride and joy. “I take a lot of pride in my family. I was blessed to grow up in Broken Arrow and have enjoyed watching my immediate and extended family participate in and with the Broken Arrow community.”
Jerry coached competitive soccer in local, state, and regional leagues for 31 years; he is an active member and teacher with the church of Christ in Broken Arrow; and he has served on community and educational boards and as a member of various local service organizations.
Dedicated to his clients, Jerry goes to great lengths to provide the best service possible. He is currently licensed and admitted in the State of Oklahoma and in all three Federal Courts (Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma). Over his 20+ years in the legal field, Jerry has practiced in many areas of law, but he now concentrates his practice in the fields of estate planning, probate, real estate, adoption, various criminal matters, and bankruptcy. Jerry carries a “BV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell Legal Dictionary.
